ABOUT THE BOOK:

Kelly has a second chance at love.

Her husband’s death four years ago left a huge hole in Kelly Coyle’s heart and a vacancy in the lives of her three daughters as well. So when Kelly’s furnace broke down, God sent the perfect man for three jobs.

Harold Smith knows it will be a challenge, but he can hardly wait to take on the roles of husband and father in a house full of girls. But the “for better or for worse” part of their vows is put to the test when Kelly’s oldest daughter drops a bombshell on their wedding day. Kelly begins to fear that by marrying her Harold has completely ruined his life.

Will God convince Kelly to trust Harold and let him fulfill his roles as devoted husband and father?

  1. Hi everyone, I'm so excited to be the featured author this week! :) My kiddos have definitely dropped verbal bombshells...some more upsetting than others. The good thing is God has always seen us through. :)

  6. It sounds like a great story and different since it starts with the wedding.

My son loves to tell everyone: "My mom is a vampire." His reasoning, my husband calls our bedroom the batcave because we have dark purple curtains. When our son was a baby, he didn't sleep much and I slept whenever I could. So, with the dark curtains, I could nap in the middle of the day, when he did.

What's really great is when he tells that I'm a vampire and I write books, so then people think I'm into the Twilight craze. I'm not. Creeps me out.

  8. No life-changing bombshells from the kids yet. Just your normal Oh Mom I need "fill in the blank" for school tomorrow kind of thing.
